Before you decide
Send your medical records and questions. We check with suitable hospitals and send you their answer and proposed plan.

Before you travel
A coordinator is assigned to you. We set appointment dates, explain the services and estimated budget for your stay, and send an invitation letter.

In Korea
Airport pickup, guidance to your accommodation and hospital, help with registration and interpretation, and receipts for your records.

After you return
A short satisfaction survey, airport drop-off, regular follow-up contact and help connecting with a hospital at home.

Medical coordination
A dedicated coordinator prepares your medical visit to Korea, from checking your records with hospitals to staying in touch after you return home.
Airport pickup and concierge
We meet you at the airport, take you to your accommodation and hospital, and stay with you on appointment days.
Medical interpretation
A coordinator interprets between you and hospital staff during consultations, tests and when you receive results.
Accommodation
We help you and your family find a place to stay near the hospital, suited to the length of your treatment and your budget.
Visa invitation letter
If you need a medical visa for Korea, we prepare the invitation letter and help you collect the hospital documents the embassy asks for.
