Medical coordination
A dedicated coordinator prepares your medical visit to Korea, from checking your records with hospitals to staying in touch after you return home.

When you contact us, a coordinator reviews the documents you send and asks hospitals in Busan or Seoul whether they can see you and what they need. The hospital decides whether treatment is possible and proposes a plan; we pass it on to you in your language.
Before you travel, we agree on your appointment dates, send an invitation letter if you need a visa, and give you an estimate for the services during your stay. In Korea, your coordinator meets you, takes you to the hospital and helps with communication and receipts.
After you go home, we stay in contact, pass on messages from the hospital and can help connect you with a hospital in your country.

Questions about this service
Who decides whether I can be treated?
The hospital does. We send your records to the hospital, and its doctors decide whether treatment is possible and which plan they recommend. We explain their answer to you in your language and arrange the visit.
Can you help if I have not chosen a hospital?
Yes. Tell us what care you need and send your records. We ask hospitals that provide that care and share their answers with you, so you can choose where to go.
