Frequently asked questions

If your question is not here, contact us and a coordinator will answer.

Process

How do I start?

Send us a message through the contact form or by e-mail with what care you are looking for, your country and your preferred contact method. A coordinator will reply, explain the next steps and tell you how to send your medical records safely.

Who decides whether treatment is possible?

The hospital. We send your records to hospitals that provide the care you need, and their doctors decide whether they can treat you and what plan they recommend. We explain their answer in your language and arrange the visit.

How long does it take to prepare a visit?

It depends on the hospital's reply and whether you need a visa. A checkup can often be arranged in a few weeks; treatment that needs a doctor's review of your records usually takes longer. Contact us as early as you can.

Costs and payment

Why don't you publish prices?

Costs depend on the hospital, the tests or treatment recommended, your length of stay and the number of people traveling. We prepare an individual estimate that separates hospital costs from our coordination and travel services.

How do I pay for treatment and services?

Hospital costs are usually paid to the hospital directly, and coordination, transport and accommodation services are paid to our company. Your coordinator explains payment methods and timing before you travel.

Visa and entry

Do I need a visa?

It depends on your nationality and length of stay. Many visitors who come for treatment apply for a medical tourism visa. We prepare an invitation letter after the hospital confirms your appointment, but the embassy or consulate decides whether a visa is issued.

Staying in Korea

Can my family stay with me?

Yes. Tell us how many people will travel and for how long. We suggest accommodation near the hospital that suits your family and help with booking, airport pickup and transport on appointment days.

Medical records

Which medical records should I send?

Recent doctor's letters or discharge summaries, test results and imaging reports about the condition you want checked or treated. Scans or clear photos in PDF or JPG are enough for a first review. Please do not attach records to the contact form; we will send you a secure way.

Who sees my medical records?

Only our coordinator in charge and the hospitals we ask about your case, and only after you agree. We do not use your records for any other purpose. See our privacy policy for how long we keep information and how to ask us to delete it.

Languages

Which languages do you support?

We have staff phone lines in English, Russian and Chinese, and this website is available in Korean, English, Mongolian, Russian and Chinese. Tell us your language when you contact us and we will confirm interpretation for your hospital visits.
